Quality Assurance
After we complete the design/prototyping, the product and design process is thoroughly documented, which is then reviewed and signed off by the Lead Prototyper, Production manager, and Purchasing Manager. Two “Gold Samples” will be created at our cost and sent to you. Once approved, you keep one for your incoming inspection, and the other is returned to us for our Quality Assurance department to use in our inspection process.
